Long-term series’ that investigate unique methods and the boundaries of visual practice.

Hard Edges

Hard Edges is a selection of 12″ x 18″ B&W film photographs, capturing Saskatoon’s skyline through bold contrast, unconventional angles and striking perspectives. Shot on a variety of cameras and hand-developed in the darkroom at PAVED Arts, the series explores architecture and its relationship to the spaces it inhabits.

Selected for the City of Saskatoon’s U of S Fieldhouse Exhibit Program

Photographia

Photographia uses long exposure and intentional camera movement to transform environments into abstract compositions. By leaving the shutter open and physically moving the camera, light is shaped and drawn directly onto the sensor, collapsing time, motion and space into a single image.
