Hard Edges

Hard Edges is a photography exhibit by Ty McCaig

Ty McCaig presents Hard Edges, a selection of B&W film photographs, capturing Saskatoon’s skyline through bold contrast, unconventional angles, and striking perspectives. Shot on a variety of cameras and hand-developed in the darkroom at PAVED Arts, the series explores architecture and its relationship to the spaces it inhabits.

Dates: On view throughout December 2025
Opening Reception: Friday, December 5th at 6PM, with refreshments
Location: U of S Saskatoon Field House, Lobby – 2020 College Dr

This exhibit is part of the City of Saskatoon’s Field House Pop Up Gallery.

SIGHTLINES

SIGHTLINES launches the new self-published book “Sound and Sight” with cyanotypes, custom drinks and a secret live set.

Welcome to SIGHTLINES!

Celebrate another year of live music, loud memories, and the local scene with the Crate Diving crew. SIGHTLINES is part gallery, part party, and part love letter to the bands and friends that make it all matter.

Explore a collaborative art project, sip custom drinks, and grab mystery prints from the archive. Serpentisca will be guiding the night with a handpicked mix.

The Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist

DHC presents “Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist”

The Cabinet of Dr Mystery’s first live show. Your hosts take you on a sticky journey through Canada’s largest maple syrup heist. In 2012 it was discovered that nearly 3,000 tonnes of maple syrup, worth almost $19 million had been stolen from Quebec’s federal maple syrup reserve.

The event also features a market full of local artisan vendors including; tattoo artists, record labels, crochet artists, painters, illustrators, candle makers, soap crafters, and more.

Stick around after the market for Saskatoon’s beloved hardcore beatdown act, Reject, for a live taping of their performance!
